ORU Cloud Modernization - Project Status

In Flight Engagements:

• EUP - in progress - awaiting on Ktech with roles and attributes. Sneha to begin joining David's meeting this week for the first 15 min to assist with any questions.

• Integrations - In progress by ORU team

• ISE - testing continued with other value streams. Financial Aid tested last week.

• Evisions - David provided documentation to Evisions who will continue working on the template, etc.

• Insights - Strategy meetings are scheduled and in progress.

• Degree Works - Scribe work completed - Awaiting on Jonathan/ORU to go through the steps and he'll follow-up with any questions or let us know when they golive.

• Clear Company - ORU signed contract with Clear company - file is needed. Internally, a 3rd party NDA was submitted to clear company. Once signed by Clear Company it will be forwarded to Terry Kollmorgen/ORU to sign. Clear company wants to be included in.

• Day in the Life results - ORU is asking for results. David Smith has requested from the cloud team, as the cloud team doesn't provide client facing information.

• Terms structure discussion - internal review with all value streams involved, included DW, and meeting has been scheduled with ORU for Monday 4/13.

• Go live date update - Awaiting details from the cloud team.

• Experience Custom Cards discovery session completed 4/7. Assessment to come.

• Enrollment/Registration Steps - Ircka provided a presentation for the enrollment/registration steps process. Awaiting ORU to present to their internal teams.
