ORU Cloud Modernization - Project Status

o Jonathan and Christine requested a meeting to discuss templates - meeting scheduled with James for 6/9.

o Work has been completed - Awaiting on Jonathan - which his last reply said, they'll review and follow-up prior to go live, or sooner

· Insights

o Next meeting with Institutional Research meeting scheduled for 6/8

· Integration Development - Engagements in progress with Juan Bladinieres

· Mock Migrations:

o Mock 4:

o Data migration is scheduled for: May 25 - June 12, 2026

o ORU will need to provide/upload Banner and Application Database files by the Thursday, 5/21.

o Saas Production Environment will be offline: During this time, work can continue in SaaS Test, Insight Reports, Integrations

o David Smith to complete validation steps, and then SaaS Production should be available 6/19 , for Ellucian and ORU to begin review of the system.

o Mock 5 (Final):

o Data migration is scheduled for: August 10 - August 21, 2026

o ORU will need to provide/upload Banner and Application Database files by the Thursday, 8/6

o Saas Production Environment will be offline: During this time, work can continue in SaaS Test, Insight Reports, Integrations

o David Smith to complete validation steps, and then Saas Production should be available 8/28, for Ellucian and ORU to begin review of the system.

o Dates confirmed with cloud team. Start time 1:00 pm CT; 4 hours duration

• Go-Live: Monday 10/12, 2026

o SaaS PROD offline: Thursday 10/8, starting in AM to prepare environment for go live

o Go live/Cutover information on the Smartsheet - updates in progress
